On each visit we carry out the following processes:

• Check and clean condenser and evaporator coils
• Check and clean evaporator filters
• Check fan blades, fan motors and compressor
• Check all electrical connections and cables
• Check fuses, electrical isolators and protection devices
• Check Condensate Pumps
• Check and flush condensate drain, descale and water treatment
• Check air ducts, grilles, filters and insulation
• Check refrigerant pipework for damage and insulation integrity
• Check refrigerant temperatures and pressures
• Check expansion devices
• Check supply air temperatures
• Check unit operation in all modes, controls and settings
• Ensure units are clean and damage free
• File a schedule of all system details
• Report any faults/submit a quotation for repairs
• Leak check
